Paid for Express, Waited for Weeks: A Buyer's Nightmare 😩
I’m writing this as a warning to anyone who needs glasses in a hurry. My old pair broke, so I found a site, ordered a new pair on March 30th, and paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. It was a complete disaster. This is my conclusion: Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!! After more than a week of waiting, I had no choice but to call them.
Customer: I placed order #[Order Number] on March 30th and paid for 3-5 day express shipping. It's been 11 days and my order is still in production. Where are my glasses?
CS Rep: I am very sorry for the delay. Let me look up your order. I see it's still in the lab. I sincerely apologize; this is not the timeline we promise.
Customer: This is unacceptable. My old glasses are broken, which is why I paid for express service. I want the shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: Of course, I completely understand your frustration. I have processed a refund for the $10 shipping fee right now. It looks like your order has just finished production, and the new estimated delivery is in another 6 days.
Customer: Six more days? That’s almost 20 days total. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m making sure everyone I know avoids your website.
CS Rep: I understand your disappointment, and I have passed your feedback along to our management team. We are very sorry for this experience.
