A Customer Service Nightmare: Trapped in 'Production' for a Month 😤
I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience was beyond frustrating, and I feel compelled to share it. In short, it was: Absolutely horrible customer service. They have a phone number but you can’t actually connect with a representative and you just go round in circles. We ordered glasses on January 17 and they said they should be shipped within a week. Here we are Feb 18 and they are STILL “In production” despite the fact that we’ve reached out three times and they said they were “marking them as urgent and requesting they rush the order” finally canceled the order and now we’re waiting on a refund. Definitely wouldn’t recommend - would hate for anyone else to have to deal with this nonsense. After weeks of being ignored, I finally managed to get through to a representative to demand answers.
Customer: My order from January 17th is still “in production.” It’s been over a month and I was promised it would be rushed three times. I want to know what’s going on. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this significant delay. That is not our standard of service. Can I please have your order number to investigate this immediately for you? Customer: It's too late for that. I already canceled the order. I just want my refund. I’m tired of getting the runaround from your automated systems. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize. I see your cancellation and I have personally expedited your refund request with our billing department. You should receive a confirmation email today. Customer: That’s what I was told about my order being “urgent.” I need a guarantee this is actually being handled. This entire process has been a nightmare. CS Rep: I assure you this has been escalated. As an apology for this unacceptable experience, I've also processed an additional store credit to your account. You will see confirmation of both actions in the email.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
