My $372 Online Shopping Horror: Scratched Glasses, Useless Bots & Legal Threats! 😡
My online shopping experience has turned into a terrible cautionary tale, and I feel compelled to share it. After spending $372, I received SCRATCHED glasses, and the subsequent attempts to rectify this have been a nightmare. I’ve been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue with a return/exchange, but there's been no luck. I never received the return label, and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, an email I never received! This ineptitude is at its finest, and I simply cannot believe how difficult it is to get a basic issue resolved. My lawyers will have a field day with this if it does not get resolved. I am absolutely done with this company, and will NOT be buying from them again.
Customer: I need to speak to someone who can actually help me. I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and I’ve been trying for two days to get a return label that actually reaches me. Your bot is useless. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustration and the issues you've experienced, especially with the scratched glasses and the return process. I understand this is unacceptable. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: My order number is #123456789. And please, make sure the return label goes to the correct email this time, or just tell me what to do. This whole process has been incredibly infuriating. CS Rep: Thank you for that, I've located your order. I see the previous attempts to send the label. I’m going to personally re-issue that return label to your verified email address right now and also send you a confirmation text. I will stay on the line until you confirm receipt. Customer: Fine. Just get it done. If this isn't resolved promptly, I’m seriously considering legal action. CS Rep: I assure you we want to resolve this for you. Once you confirm receipt of the label, I'll walk you through the exchange process for a new, flawless pair of glasses, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We'll make sure this is rectified.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
