🚨 A Customer Service Nightmare: They'll Take Your Money and Ghost You
I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. I had an issue with my order and thought it would be a simple fix, but the process of getting help was a complete nightmare. It led me to one simple conclusion: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. I felt like I was being scammed and had no way to get real help. I just wanted my problem resolved, which is why I finally got through to their customer service after fighting with their automated systems.
Customer: I've been trying to reach a real person for days. Your automated system is useless, and my glasses have a serious issue.
CS Rep: I do apologize for the difficulties you've experienced. Can I have your order number to look into this for you?
Customer: It's 12345. Frankly, an apology doesn't help. I paid for a product I can't use, and your company makes it impossible to get support. It feels like you don't care once you have the money.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I've located your order. We can process a one-time replacement. We will remake the order for you.
Customer: And I'm supposed to just wait and trust you'll get it right this time? I want to speak to a supervisor to file a formal complaint about this entire process.
CS Rep: A supervisor is not available at the moment. The replacement is the standard procedure I am authorized to offer. I can assure you we will correct the issue.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
