Scratched Glasses & A Broken System: My $372 Warning ⚠️
I’m writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. My terrible online shopping experience began when I spent a significant amount of money, only to receive a defective product. The real nightmare, however, was trying to get it resolved. I’ve been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. I never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, an email that I never received! This unbelievable incompetence is why I felt I had no choice but to finally get a hold of a real person and share my story.
Customer: After two days of trying, I finally get a human. I received scratched glasses, I paid $372 for them, and your automated system is completely useless. It keeps saying it's sending a return label that never shows up.
CS Rep: I am incredibly sorry to hear about this entire experience. Receiving a damaged item is unacceptable, and the difficulty you've had reaching us has only made it worse. I want to personally resolve this for you right now. Could you please provide me with your order number?
