My online shopping experience with GlassesUSA has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a stark warning. I'm utterly frustrated because GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received – $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th is just gone. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and I can't get a human response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's 'in transit' from a bot. I want my money back! I used Zenni Optical before and never had this problem, which is why I was driven to engage with their customer service, hoping for a resolution, and eventually, to write this review.

Customer: I'm calling about order number 105081183. My glasses were ordered on February 24th, and it's April 1st, and I still haven't received them. The tracking shows them stuck, and I'm just getting automated responses. I want my money back. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I see your order #105081183. It appears there was an unexpected delay in transit. I sincerely apologize for the lack of clear communication and the inconvenience this has caused. Customer: Inconvenience? You have $246 of my money, and I have no glasses! All I hear are bots. You've finally agreed to a refund, but now I'm told I have to wait 7-10 business days? This is absurd. CS Rep: I completely empathize with your situation, and I appreciate your patience through this difficult process. The 7-10 business days is the standard processing time for the refund to reflect on your account once it's been initiated. We are doing our best to ensure it's processed swiftly. Customer: Doing your best? It took me filing complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General just to get this "agreement"! This whole experience has been a complete nightmare. CS Rep: I truly regret that you had to take those steps to get to this resolution. We are committed to ensuring you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of poor service and unresolved issues.
