A $246 Nightmare: No Glasses, No Refund, Just Bots 🤖
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this company. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel I have to share it. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. After being ignored by their automated systems, I was determined to speak to a real person to get this resolved.
Customer: My order is #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, never arrived, and you've had my $246 for over a month. I want a full refund immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me look up your order. I see the tracking shows it is currently in transit.
Customer: In transit? It’s been stuck in Atlanta for weeks. Your bots keep telling me that. I’m done with automated messages. I want to speak to a person who can actually do something. I want my money back!
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for this experience and the trouble with the shipping carrier. You are right, this delay is unacceptable. I see the package has not moved. I will process a full refund for you right now.
Customer: Thank you. When can I expect to see that refund in my account?
CS Rep: The refund has been initiated on our end. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation shortly.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
